Have some fun! Loosen up! Literally!
Life is stressful enough. Work, financial whoas, traffic, and relationships etc....the list goes on and on. You're fatigued, mentally distressed, and your motivation has reached a devastating low. Then you sign up at your local gym only to be hounded by a bunch of trainers whose best advice is “Try this machine, and this machine....and 1, and 2, and 3 and breathe!”In the end your pockets are lighter and your body hasn't changed a bit. Sounds familiar?

Don't panic there is a cure. Mad Dog Fitness. With over 10yrs experience, they're certain to meet your training goals. Take a moment to breathe. Do you feel better? Are you still a tad bit apprehensive? Allow them to ease your thoughts about personal training.

  • It's called personal training. Key word “Personal!” administered by their trained professionals.
  • Get personal for a moment to break the ice.
  • Warning: No boring people allowed. A fun story is in progress below from Mr. Small. Shall we begin....

I once applied to a well known gym and became the Operations Manager of a multi million dollar corporation.

Wow!  Life was good. That meant I could babysit the ones who really got paid and look like a super hero. I was able to upgrade from Kool Aid to Gatorade. From pork-n-beans to butter beans. From the world renowned peanut butter and jelly to the legendary grilled cheese sandwich with American Dream cheese. Thanks guys, it was a life long dream. Oh, and did I mention tuna fish on rye? That was a classic diet too!

Minus the sarcasm life was hard. It seemed my prayers faded in the wind. My knee mail account to Christ had expired and I was hopeless. Digging my own grave I became trapped in a box of self pity. Then it hit me like my grand mom's left hook, “start your own business!” Moses De'Priest Small
